Eligibility Criteria

All original research articles published in NobleInk journals during the relevant evaluation period are automatically eligible for consideration.

Ineligible Content Types:

Editorials Announcements Corrigenda Retractions Book Reviews Non-peer-reviewed content

Note: Reviewer awards are strictly limited to reviewers who have completed peer reviews during the corresponding evaluation period.

Award Committee Governance

Appointed by NobleInk Research Publishing, the committee comprises senior editors and subject experts who independently evaluate nominations to ensure a fair, transparent, and unbiased selection process. Decisions of the Award Committee are final.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Committee members, Editorial Board members, Guest Editors, and reviewers must recuse themselves from evaluating any manuscript where a personal, professional, institutional, or financial conflict of interest exists.

Certificate Verification & Appeals

Each official award certificate includes a unique identification number for verification through NobleInk's records. Award decisions are based on independent academic merit and are final; no appeals will be entertained.

Right to Withhold & Commitment

NobleInk reserves the right not to confer an award if no manuscript or reviewer meets the required standards during an evaluation cycle. We remain committed to promoting ethical publishing and academic integrity worldwide.
